Article 149: When the seat of the President becomes vacant, for any reason, it is the President of the Court of Cassation who becomes the provisional President of the Republic. If the seat of the President of the Court of Cassation is vacant, the vice-president of the Court of Cassation is appointed. If the vice-president place was vacant, the most senior judge as the judge of the Court of Cassation, should rose to power. And so the judges of the Court of Cassation went up, one after the other. The National Assembly installed the interim President in his place. After the prime minister called a meeting of the national assembly, as the law says it must be done. As written in the constitution and in the electoral law, the vote for the election of the new President who will have a new five (5) year service period, must be held forty-five (45) days at the latest after the vacancy.

Ariel Henri government is illegal. The country will never accept it’s ruling by force as prime minister with the aide of US France and Canada.
