Thousand of protesters took the streets of Haiti’s capital to protest against Jovenel Moise who remains defiant in power despite the article 134-2 of Haiti’s constitution in which put an end to Jovenel Moise term in power on February 7 2021. Some high profile individuals of Haitian society including senators, radio persone,l historians were marching along with the population to demand Jovenel Moise to leave the country.
Jovenel Moise still has the backing of the US State Department the OEA and United nations to remain in power until 2022. The opposition party members did install a new president on february 7, 2021from the highest court of the land and in retaliation with a simple decree was the dissolution of the highest court of justice.
